Design + Development
We kick off with a strategy call to align on goals, gather inspiration, finalize your copy, and review UX/UI. This step ensures your website isn’t just visually beautiful—it’s working with intention.
You’ll have a chance to review the full site and request final refinements. Once everything feels aligned, I’ll bake in some SEO lite touches, hit publish, and hand everything off with a personalized tutorial video so you feel confident making simple updates on your own.
Before design begins, you’ll complete your website copywriting using my guided Website Copy Workbook. This includes an instructional video to walk you through the process in addition to some copywriting resources to help you along the way. Your copy must be finalized before we start designing.
I’ll begin designing your desktop site first, fully custom and aligned with your brand. Once that direction is approved, I’ll optimize the experience for mobile.
A 50% deposit is due to reserve your spot. The remaining 50% is due before final website transfer.
How does payment work?
Yes, finalized copy is required before design begins. But there’s a deeper reason behind this: no one should be more in touch with your brand’s purpose, message, and offerings than you. Writing your own copy isn’t just a task—it’s a powerful opportunity to get crystal clear on your vision, voice, and value. To make it feel doable (and even enjoyable), you’ll receive a Website Copy Workbook, an instructional video to kick you off, and additional copywriting resources you can tap into if desired.
Do I need to write the website copy myself?
All website projects require branding either completed by Efficio Design House or vetted and approved in advance of signing on. This ensures I deliver a quality website that feels intentional and cohesive on your brand’s behalf.
Can I use my current branding?

All sites are designed and developed on Showit—a flexible, affordable, and user-friendly platform that allows each unique brand to sing while also creating enjoyable user experience for your audience (like this website!).
What platform is the site built on?
Yes! You'll receive a custom Loom video tutorial walking you through how to make basic updates to your site. And if you'd rather stay hands-off (or need more complex changes down the road), I offer hourly support for ongoing website updates and refinements.
Will I be able to make updates on my own?
Yes. Add-ons like additional pages, blogs, or light e-commerce can be included for an extra fee. These are all detailed in my service guide and on our discovery call we can talk through your vision so I can recommend the best options.
