Within 12 hours, you’ll receive a curated wrap-up folder of the day’s content, ready to support future events, B2B marketing efforts, and ongoing social media content. You can also add on a recap reel for a quick-turn highlight that keeps the momentum going long after the event ends (turnaround timing to be discussed).

One week before your event, we’ll connect for a 30-minute call to align on your goals, target audience, shot list priorities, and the kinds of video content that best support your brand and marketing strategy.. I’ll also be confirming whether you’d like real-time posting or capture-only coverage.

I’ll be onsite capturing content in real time using my iPhone,  to showcase natural interactions, attendee engagement, behind-the-scenes footage, speaker moments, and the candid moments that help your audience feel part of the experience.. If you opt in, I’ll also post to your brand’s social media stories live, complete with captions, music, and engagement tools.

A 50% deposit is due to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to the event.

How does payment work?

This isn’t a replacement for brand photography or videography. Content will be captured via iPhone in real time, with a focus on storytelling and connection, not cinematic perfection. If you’re hiring a pro photographer, I’m happy to collaborate to ensure we’re capturing the day from all the right angles.

Do you shoot professional photography or video?

Not at all! Our content creation services are open to all brands regardless if we’ve worked together before or not. If you’re hosting something special or simply want to show up online with more ease and intention, this service is designed to support you in the moment, no prior partnership required.

Do I need to be a past or present Efficio Design House client to book this?

Our content creation services are currently available in Denver, CO and surrounding areas. Travel outside the area may be accommodated with advance notice and additional fees. Let’s chat about the possibilities!

How far do you travel?

Instagram is my primary platform for live story posting, but I can capture content for use across TikTok or Facebook, as well. 

Do you post to other platforms besides Instagram?
